One of the most powerful forces for growth is leaders’ ability to work together. My training sessions are designed to strengthen that very capacity—helping teams foster unity, build meaningful allyship, and enhance collaboration. By creating inclusive environments rooted in trust and shared purpose, organizations can unlock their full potential and drive lasting impact in the communities they serve.

Neskens Jr. Dorcelus is the Founder and President of Dorcelus Empowerment, a company that delivers interactive and introspective training focused on unity, collaboration, and active allyship. His work supports schools, organizations, and government agencies in becoming more effective and inclusive, and has been featured on platforms such as Rogers TV and CP24 Breakfast TV.

He is also a team member at E-CAMP Mentoring, an organization dedicated to mentoring youth and young adults, particularly in the areas of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math).

Neskens Jr firmly believes that: "leadership starts when we start taking responsibility for what we are not responsible for."
